We are located in Evergreen, CO and serve all of Denver surrounding communities.  All inspections are done by  Bruce Stevens.  Bruce has a lifetime experience in construction and development.  His father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son and brother-in-law have been or are still general contractors.  Bruce is retired from the Los Angeles City Fire Department where he was a Sr. Inspector in the Bureau of Fire Prevention and a Sr. Investigator in the Arson Squad.  During his career in the LAFD, he graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. and Law School with a J.D.  During his time in the LAFD and since he has been a builder/developer and attorney specializing in construction/development matters.  Now, he is a home Inspector and loves the work.  It is far more relaxed kind of career, and you get to meet some fine people and help them with their home, buying or selling.  All inspections are covered by Error and Omissions insurance.
